Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Agent4 Labs collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Each of our apps may also have its own privacy notice covering anything specific to that app.
What we collect
- Things you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
- Account details. If you create an account in one of our products, we collect what's needed to run it, such as your name and email address.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Apple or Google for in-app purchases. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, date and the last four digits of your card) but never your full card number.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
- To provide and support the products you use
- To process payments and send receipts
- To reply to your messages
- To tell you about changes that affect your account
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers that help us run our products, like payment processors and hosting companies, and only as needed to provide them. We'll also share it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active or as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@agent4labs.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our products aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know.
